I’m only 14 and I already have dark circles underneath my eyes. It’s very discracting to me. So, how I get rid of them( and how do I cover them up)? I don’t have very much money to spend 40 dollars on a small bottle of cream. I also have fine lines.
I mean, it just sounds unbelievable to me how simple creams and other home remedies (besides botox) can “treat” dark circles… I’ve heard they have something to do with the veins I’m not sure…. BUT, what makes them “dark” exactly??
I have already tried cosmetics, which just cover up–and change the shade of the dark-circles to grayish.
