I have been using Olay regerating serum, which is great on the rest of my face, but these crows feet seem to be getting worse. HELP!!!!

Iv’e slowly started to notice dark circles appearing under my eyes, Tried some expensive cremes not doing much for me but empty my pockets, any home remedies recommended?
I get enough sleep.
I drink water, I exercise.
I dont smoke.
Still, I have black/purple rings under my eyes.
